Your 1-on-1 session with the trainer will measure your full body composition and give you a detailed walkthrough of the results. This includes your body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, BMI, segmental weight distribution and many more.

The trainer will talk to you about your goals and help you find the most efficient way to achieve them. During this talk, he will break down the best weightlifting, conditioning, and nutrition plan customized to your needs.

The fitness director will also include a full static posture check. This shows the muscular imbalances of the body and the alignment of the joints as they stack up. The expert will look at the kinetic checkpoints of the body to find areas of muscular tension and postural distortions.

After consideration of your needs, the fitness professional will put you through a sample workout. This will include the recovery techniques, stretches, and exercises that best fit your goals.
